How do I determine my correct Meermin size?
Most of our shoes are listed in UK sizing. We recommend sizing down one full size from your US size (e.g., a US 10 is a UK 9). Please refer to our detailed size guide for specific last measurements.
What is the 'break-in' period for Goodyear Welted shoes?
Because we use high-quality, full-grain leathers and traditional Goodyear welt construction, our shoes may feel stiff initially. Expect a break-in period of 5 to 10 wears for the leather to conform to your foot.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via express courier. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shoes with creased vamps or scuffed soles are not eligible for return.
Can Meermin shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Our shoes feature Goodyear welt or Stitchdown construction, which allows them to be resoled multiple times by a professional cobbler, significantly extending the life of your footwear.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
We recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear to maintain shape and absorb moisture. Clean with a damp cloth, apply a high-quality cream polish regularly, and avoid wearing the same pair two days in a row.
