At Meermin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, ensuring the shoe box is protected by an outer shipping carton.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 7-10 business days.
